The Addiction Center Malmö (BCM) is part of the Adult Psychiatry Malmö-Trelleborg operational area within the Psychiatry, habilitation and aids administration. BCM is an innovative and dynamic organization with a highly engaged staff. Our organization is one of the largest in the country in the field of addiction diseases. We offer treatment and diagnostics for alcohol, drug, and medication addiction as well as gambling addiction in outpatient care.

We provide both emergency reception and inpatient care for individuals with addiction issues requiring specialist investigation and specialist care. We also have a regional assignment for inpatient care for opioid addiction. The organization consists of receptions for alcohol and medication addiction, comorbidity, drug addiction with or without neuropsychiatric diagnoses, gambling addiction, as well as a Maria Malmö reception and four accredited receptions for medication-assisted rehabilitation for opioid addiction (LARO).

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now welcoming an administrator with managerial support tasks to the BCM Support Unit, located in Malmö.

In your role, you will support our unit manager and the unit's employees. This means that you will work together with BCM's managers regarding HR window, scheduling, invoice management, ordering IT and telephony, and producing statistics. The assignment also includes some coordination for BCM's medical secretaries and administrators, responsibility for placing LIA students, and providing administrative support to our Research Unit.

Your tasks also include being BCM's representative and contact person in various networks and working groups. You will collaborate closely with other administrators with managerial support tasks and distribute tasks among yourselves during absences.

The job offers good development opportunities. In this role, you will have the chance to develop collaboration with our unit managers and together find good forms of cooperation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome applicants with education in health and medical care administration 80p (KY)/400p (YH), medical secretary training, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. You have previous experience working as a medical secretary or administrator, preferably with coordinating and overarching tasks. Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form and good computer skills are prerequisites for the position. It is an advantage if you have experience with the systems Melior, Våps, HR window, Raindance, Ritz, and QlikView. Additionally, if you have experience working as managerial support or have previously collaborated with various managers, it is a significant advantage for the position.

You, as an applicant, have good planning skills and appreciate tasks where you have a coordinating role. You are flexible and meticulous and have a good ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others. Personal suitability is highly valued.

The assignment within psychiatry is to provide specialized care in publicly operated child, adult, and forensic psychiatry. Habilitation provides habilitation and rehabilitation within the publicly operated child, youth, and adult habilitation. Aids are responsible for managing aids prescribed to patients in Skåne. The administration also includes vision, hearing, and deaf services and youth clinics in Skåne.
