About the role We are now looking for a Purchasing / Warehouse / Logistics Administrator who will play a key role in our daily operations. In this role, you will act as a link between our suppliers, internal salespeople, and customers regarding the ordering of hardware within Telephony & IT. You will ensure that the right hardware is ordered at the right time, at the right price, and ensure that our warehouse is well-structured and efficiently managed. You will be alone in your role but will have many internal contacts and colleagues. Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming hardware requests.
• Price comparison and negotiation with suppliers.
• Ordering hardware.
• Contact with customers, internal salespeople, and employees.
• Approval & accounting of invoices.
• Respond to internal invoice inquiries and purchasing questions.
• Reconciliation of inventory.
• Inventory counts.
• Responsible for complaints & returns.
• Packing orders.
• Booking pickups for packages.
• Issuing invoices to customers.

Your profile: We believe you have previous experience in administrative work and thrive in a role where your accuracy and structure can shine, preferably within logistics, purchasing, or warehousing. Perhaps you are a recent graduate in administration, purchasing, or logistics and are looking for your first step into the workforce after your studies?

• Social and good at building relationships, both internally and externally.
• A negotiator who can combine good relationships with price pressure.
• Solution-oriented, meticulous, and structured.
• Team-oriented but also enjoys working independently in your role.
• Interested in administration, logistics, warehousing, and purchasing.
• Thrives in a role with recurring tasks.

Your background:

• Previous experience in administrative work.
• Good computer skills and experience working in various systems, including the Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience or post-secondary studies in logistics, warehousing, or purchasing is an advantage.
