About the Role

At Strandberg Capital Management, you will have the opportunity to combine qualified advisory with a strong focus on client recruitment. You will be a key person in creating and managing client relationships, identifying client needs, and ensuring that Strandberg's solutions meet the highest market standards. The role is suitable for you who are self-driven and have a natural sense for business and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients through networking, market outreach, and personal meetings.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Conduct financial analyses and present qualified solutions in investments and insurance.
• Ensure that clients receive professional advice in line with their financial goals and risk profile.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop business opportunities and create added value for clients.
• Follow industry regulations and stay updated on market trends and financial products.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a strong drive to build their own client portfolio and achieve high results.
• Is a skilled communicator with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Has experience in financial advisory and/or insurance brokerage, preferably in a sales role.
• Is analytical and solution-oriented, with a focus on the client's best interests.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for business development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in banking, finance, or insurance is an advantage.
• SwedSec license and/or InsureSec certification is a big plus.
• Good understanding of financial products and services.
• Fluent in Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form.
• Driver's license B, as travel between Lund and Malmö may occur.
