Regionfastigheter develops and manages the properties of Region Skåne. Right now, we are making the largest investments ever in the hospital areas of Skåne. Regionfastigheter project manages, builds, and develops large complex projects in sensitive hospital environments. We manage properties and advanced technical systems and must ensure high operational reliability every day of the year. Our work is a prerequisite for safe and secure care. We are also expanding the infrastructure for public transport in Skåne, with new service depots for buses, trams, and trains.

The Customer Business Area (VO customer) is the customer's gateway to Regionfastigheter. Our customers are all the administrations and operations of Region Skåne where we handle their local issues, whether in our own properties or in premises rented from other property owners. We are responsible for managing Region Skåne's property portfolio, renting external premises, and managing Region Skåne's art collection. Additionally, we are Region Skåne's clients and requirement setters with a property owner perspective to maintain or improve the value and function of the properties. Within VO customer, we currently have three units with a total of about 40 employees, but we will soon expand to four units where the Aftermarket Unit will be the fourth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a junior after-sales manager with administrative responsibility who wants to be part of the exciting implementation and development of the after-sales unit at Regionfastigheter!

As a junior after-sales manager, you will ensure warranty management after completed construction projects for a geographical area and be responsible for the unit's document collection. You will set clear and legally correct requirements against contractors regarding warranty measures. In this role, you will provide specialist expertise in the area and relay your experiences back to the rest of Regionfastigheter's organization.

Your main tasks will include:

• driving warranty cases against contractors
• planning, coordinating, and conducting warranty inspections
• maintaining warranty information in property systems
• ensuring and being responsible for document collection for the unit
• keeping the management organization informed about deficiencies, disputes, etc.
• in collaboration with operations, financial property managers, and technical managers, creating good conditions for continued management after the warranty period ends
• relaying experiences to the rest of Regionfastigheter's organization, such as deficiencies in material choices that arise from recurring warranty measures.

Possible locations for the positions are Malmö, Lund, or Kristianstad/Helsingborg. Since our customers are Region Skåne's operations located throughout Skåne, travel within Skåne is included in the job. We offer great opportunities to work remotely based on the needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a university degree in a relevant field for the position, or other education and/or work experience that the employer deems equivalent. You also have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, good general computer skills, and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. Since travel is included in the position, a valid B driver's license is also required. Furthermore, the position requires good knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques.

As a person, we see that you are structured and self-driven in your work. You plan, organize, and prioritize activities efficiently and set and meet deadlines. Since the role involves many different contact points, we also value that you have good communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate easily. We also see that you enjoy administrative work, as about half of your work is expected to consist of this, and that you have an unpretentious and open attitude.
