We conduct highly specialized operations in Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, brain tumors, and stroke. Our flow consists of both acute and elective patients from the entire southern healthcare region. Within the various specialist teams, we conduct investigations, assessments, and make decisions regarding treatments at an advanced level, based on person-centered care. We work in interdisciplinary teams where the daily work is characterized by good collaboration and understanding of each other's competencies. Our operations focus long-term on research and development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome an engaged and structured person to the position of administrator with managerial support tasks, where you will support both our unit manager and the department's employees.

In addition to assisting the unit manager, the tasks primarily involve administrative personnel management regarding flex reporting, absence management, the Substitute Bank, and scheduling. An important part also includes payroll management and planning for new hires. The work beyond that is something you and the unit manager will develop together. You will work in systems such as Region Skåne's HR window, Raindance, Ritz, Melior, and the Office suite.

As an administrator with managerial support tasks, you will have a central and coordinating role in the department, providing a varied and stimulating job with personal responsibility, a high level of service, and teamwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a completed high school education, as well as several years of experience in administrative work. If you have a post-secondary education in administration that the employer deems relevant, it is considered an advantage. It is also advantageous if you are a nursing assistant.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for the position, as well as good IT skills and experience working with the Office suite, including Excel. To be considered for the position, prior experience with administrative tasks in healthcare is also required, as well as good knowledge of the personnel administrative systems HR window and Melior.

You are a driven administrator who quickly learns new tasks and is skilled at independently planning and structuring your work with a focus on delivering the highest quality. Additionally, you are flexible and resilient under stress and can quickly prioritize among numerous tasks, even when the pace is high. With a strong sense of responsibility for the best interests of the operation, you have the ability to find solutions that balance different needs in a smooth and accommodating manner.
