“Up and Coming” Production Manager for exciting Trikem AB – Malmö

You are offered an exciting key role where you lead and develop two production facilities in a Swedish company with a long tradition and strong brand!

Trikem is experiencing strong growth and is now looking for a forward-thinking Production Manager who wants to help shape the future of production and lead the team to new heights. In this role, you will have both operational and strategic responsibility and lead a team of 10 operators, site manager, and warehouse staff (a total of 12 people). Trikem has recently purchased a new factory, and you will be involved in the planning of this.

You will have budget responsibility, report directly to the CEO, and you will be offered a central role in driving change initiatives, optimizing production, and achieving business goals. Main Responsibilities:

• Lead production at our two factories in Malmö to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer quality requirements
• Inspire and build a high-performing team by promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Drive strategic change initiatives that improve processes, efficiency, and organizational culture
• Ultimately responsible for production's safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Responsible for personnel development and training
• Report and develop production plans, results, and key performance indicators
• Continuously plan, control, and follow up on budget and financial goals
• Develop investment plans and follow up on these
• Replace site manager/operational leader during their absence
• Initiate and prioritize technical investment and improvement projects
• Trikem manufactures a number of products in smaller series, increasing turnover demands higher capacity and increased automation. You will take an active part in the expansion of the machinery.
• Responsible for the two factories' facilities, internal maintenance, and daily operations

Your Profile:

You have relevant education and extensive experience from manufacturing industries, particularly in the chemical, technical, or food sectors. You have broad expertise in production technology, improvement work, finance, and leadership. You have experience in production management, good IT skills, and an understanding of financial key figures. Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement. Solid knowledge of machinery and maintenance is a must, and experience in growth or change management is an advantage.

You are a clear and decisive leader with good communication skills and a strong sense of quality and detail. You are unpretentious, structured, and solution-oriented. The position is new, so you are comfortable building an important role from the ground up.
