JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our team, consisting of four occupational therapists and three physiotherapists, is now looking for an occupational therapist colleague for our work directed towards the areas of Functional Support during an upcoming parental leave substitute. Are you the one we are looking for?

We work for group and service housing, personal assistance, and daily activities to ensure that the patient has the best possible experience. In collaboration with physiotherapists, nurses, care staff, and unit managers, you will be responsible for interventions concerning patients who have some form of support within LSS and/or social psychiatry.

Contact with external actors and the assistive technology center is also a common task.

The work consists of assessments in the patient's home or workplace, where you will conduct cognitive assessments, ADL assessments, as well as training in ADL, mobility issues, assistive device prescriptions, and fall prevention work. Instructing/training/guiding patients, relatives, and care staff is a natural part of daily work. We all have a strong drive for business development issues for the Rehabilitation Unit, Functional Support, and the municipality at large. We dare to try new things, work preventively, and are not afraid to learn along the way.
