We have now begun the work of shaping the future of healthcare at Hässleholm Hospital, which means that over a five-year period we will further develop working methods and create new approaches with new forms of care to meet the future healthcare needs. This includes creating a clear educational environment where practice, introduction, and professional development become a given. Our staffing goal is to have seven patients per nurse. We will have a total of three teams in the department when we are fully recruited. Does this sound exciting and challenging? The medical department in Hässleholm currently has 14 care places and primarily cares for elderly patients with multiple illnesses, such as heart failure and diabetes, as well as orthopedic patients with complications. Additionally, the department is responsible for caring for patients with peritoneal dialysis in northeastern Skåne. This means you will have a broad competence and a solid foundation if you get the opportunity to be part of our team.

In the department, we have an educational nurse who is there for you, with the task of strengthening and further developing nurses in their professional roles. We also have a coordinator who is a nurse and is responsible for contacts with the municipality and primary care to ensure a safe and secure discharge for our patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Additionally, we offer you a wellness allowance of 3000 kronor per year and occupational pension.

It can be challenging and tough at times, but it is also a very fun department with wonderful colleagues, says Bianca, who is a nurse in the medical department.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. We welcome both experienced and newly graduated nurses.

You have the ability to take responsibility and make your own decisions while valuing collaboration as important and a prerequisite for doing good work.
