We are now looking for several laboratory assistants for summer jobs during the months of June-August.

As a laboratory assistant, you will work with sampling, analysis, and reporting of various parameters on our products, raw materials, and other media according to a set control program. We are increasingly working to enhance our presence in production to serve as a support function to our colleagues (production and maintenance departments), which involves a lot of contact with different parts of the business. As a laboratory assistant, you will report deviations and blockages in case of production errors and dispose of blocked products after investigation. At Carlsberg, we work with continuous improvements and use the PDCA tools for problem-solving.

What do you contribute to the team?

• Ongoing university or college education in microbiology, biology, chemistry, or similar, as well as some years of experience from laboratory work.
• Experience in a microbiological laboratory with water and/or food analyses is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as good PC skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and accustomed to handling various results and samples.
• Enjoy working in a team and advocate for teamwork.
• Proactive, change-oriented, and solution-focused.
