Digitalization is a part of the social administration's operational development. When utilized correctly, digitalization enables increased quality, more equitable care and support, and a better working environment for our employees. The social administration is investing in digital development through a system administrator/business developer with a focus on digitalization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As our system administrator/business developer focusing on digitalization, you will work with:

• Managing and developing the social administration's operational systems
• Coordinating and resolving issues between operations, IT, and suppliers
• Handling deviations, change management, conducting needs and requirement analyses, and participating in the introduction of new systems
• Working with information security classification, risk and vulnerability analyses, and the development of e-services and various feasibility studies
• Together with colleagues, being responsible for implementing the activities outlined in the social administration's digitalization plan

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you have a higher education that the employer assesses as relevant for the assignment, as well as experience in driving larger development projects.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Knowledge of operational development in the area, digitalization, and project management
• Technical competence and basic knowledge of information security in public operations
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to be both strategic and operational
• The ability to see the big picture and be curious about new collaborations
• The willingness and ability to share knowledge, experiences, and ideas

Experience working with operational systems, such as Lifecare, is considered an advantage.
