A friendly helpdesk focusing on Firstline issues in Malmö is now looking for you as a colleague. The everyday life reflects helpfulness and teamwork, combined with varying paces. To succeed, you need to be communicative, solution-oriented, and driven. Of course, it is also important that you have a genuine interest in IT and technology.

Every day you handle cases from customers via phone, chat, and email. It is a fluctuating pace where the day is governed by events in the customer's environment; despite this, you always maintain a high quality and service level.Requirements-Fluent in Swedish and English! - Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Basic networking, troubleshooting.Preferred-You have previously worked in a service desk - You have a great drive and are unpretentious and flexible - You have further education, for example from YH or University.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT and service. You likely have an IT education as a foundation. It is a plus if you have experience in 1st line support previously. We would like you to have knowledge of, for example, Active Directory, Windows 7/10, Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Troubleshooting, Case Management, and Mobile Devices. It is important that you are attentive and value good customer contacts. It is also crucial for the role that you are analytical, meticulous, and can work in a structured manner.
