About the Job   As our new Product Owner for our Checkout team, you’ll work with internal and external IT and business stakeholders to maximize the value of our applications. You will work on exciting projects focusing on implementing DevOps methodology in our daily work to strengthen the ownership and empowerment in managing our services. You will join a creative and curious team consisting of developers, testers, a scrum master and a system architect. What you’ll be doing:  * Coordinate and document requirements from business stakeholders  * Responsible for the team backlog, including priority. Feedback on changes or limitations to stakeholders during implementation  * Iterative documentation with review and input from the Development Team  * Sync and cooperate with other Product Owners, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Superusers, and Sales/operations management in the countries we operate in regarding solutions and ways of working You will join a collaborative team of 7 competent and positive colleagues, led by Jennica Senneberg,  a cheerful and supportive leader who inspires her team to excel through encouragement and positivity. The team values creativity, curiosity, and hard work, all paired with a can-do attitude. We hope you share these qualities and are excited to contribute to our dynamic environment.  About you   You enjoy and are comfortable leading, directing, and empowering team members without formal management authority in a complex environment. You easily create trustful relationships with people on all levels, different backgrounds and cultures, both internal and external. Also, great if you have:   * Ability to understand and translate business needs to IT requirements   * Experience with complex high-tech projects, involving the integration of large systems  * Ability to negotiate and communicate with vendors and stakeholders   * University degree in a relevant field   * Experience in Agile Methodologies   * Fluent in English  * Moreover, we believe you see yourself as a problem solver with a “can do” mentality.   If you don’t meet all the above checkpoints, don’t worry.
