Production takes place in our factory in Arlöv, just outside Malmö. From the first weld to sanding, sewing, and assembly, our furniture is produced according to the customer's choice of fabrics, materials, and colors.

Are you used to and driven by delivering customer service at the highest level? Then this could be a position for you!

We are looking for a positive, driven, and service-oriented employee for By-Crea's customer service.

As an employee at By-Crea's Customer Service, you will act as an ambassador for the company. Your task will be to always provide customers with exceptionally high service, a friendly approach, and deliver service beyond expectations. We also wish for you to be meticulous and responsible, and you should be solution-oriented and have experience in customer service to handle the tasks. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with freight and logistics as it is an important part of the job. We hope that you are willing to engage in the results and want to be part of them.

Responsibilities

The tasks at By-Crea are performed with a high level of service and are very varied. Your tasks include, among others:

• Handling our customer service email, phone, and chat
• Assisting our customers who come to the store
• Handling daily and monthly reporting
• Order and email management of customer orders, which results in a lot of contact with our freight suppliers.
• Responding to social media and maintaining our online social presence

We wish that you who are applying:

- Think that customer service is the absolute most important thing a company has.

- Do not have difficulty engaging in both positive and negative dialogues and are not conflict-averse but see it as a challenge to turn around every customer who, against all odds, has had a negative start with by Crea.

- Have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Are a frequent user of social media apps, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

- Have a B driver's license.

- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.

- Preferably have basic knowledge of German, French, and/or Finnish. Additional language skills are advantageous.

- We are looking for someone with experience from both physical customer interactions as well as digital.

You are the face of customer service and take responsibility for your role 100%. Like a spider in the web, you have control and communication with production and can deliver answers to customers even before they expect them. You set high demands on your colleagues to meet their deadlines and always have the customer's back in that no matter how it has gone, you want to exceed the customer's expectations of an experience with by Crea®.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00
