Customer Service & Indoor Sales Manager for TETRA Chemicals Europe in Helsingborg

You will lead and develop Customer Service & Indoor Sales for Tetra Chemicals Europe. This includes responsibility for a team that you will lead and motivate towards better results and greater customer satisfaction. You will develop and streamline processes and systems and work to strengthen the team and enhance customer focus and efficiency. Since half of the team is in Sweden and the other half in Finland, it is your responsibility to integrate these into a well-functioning unit.

You will also have your own order and transport responsibility for a group of countries where you will manage customer relationships. Your tasks:

• Lead, motivate, and develop employees
• Drive the department towards set goals
• Resource management
• Develop routines and processes (order management and transport booking)
• Own order management and transport booking
• Handle customer complaints (including own customers and support during escalation)
• Develop and drive projects within the department and participate in projects within the European operations
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Your profile:

You have many years of experience in customer service/support/order management for B2B and you have experience in a leadership position. You have experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as participating in or driving digitalization projects. You are fluent in Swedish and English, and additional languages (such as Finnish and German) are advantageous.

You are a structured, driven, and at the same time unpretentious leader who has the ability to motivate your team to collectively strive towards set goals. You are service-oriented, enjoy having a lot of customer contact, and always aim to create good relationships and satisfied customers.

About the position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Helsingborg. The role involves some travel to Finland.
