Hemglass Malmö is looking for more cheerful and engaged salespeople to join its team to serve our customers in Skåne. Your focus will be on sales and working on the development of your district to provide the best possible customer service!

We are looking for you who:

* Are cheerful, friendly, and engaged.

* Love to talk to customers of all ages.

* Provide a warm customer reception/service-minded.

* Have a natural sales focus and a clear competitive instinct.

* Are proactive and independent.

* Want to work afternoons/evenings and weekends.

* Want to develop your sales skills.

We offer:

* Introduction and training.

* Responsibility for your own ice cream truck.

* Responsibility and development for about 10 of your own sales routes.

* Sales support and coaching from managers and other salespeople.

* Fixed salary and commission.

* Part-time hours in the spring with full-time in the summer.

* For a driven salesperson, there is an opportunity to continue after the summer.

Your tasks:

With the Hemglass truck as your own store, you are both awaited and anticipated by young and old alike. With 50–100+ customer contacts per day, your natural smile, greeting, and personal service are super important in our business. Ice cream sales, especially during the peak season, require stress resistance, good organizational skills, and strong patience. We want every customer to experience that little extra when they visit our store. We want the customer to feel that:
