Fill your days with community as a customer service representative with us! We are looking for several new colleagues for summer jobs in 2025

About the job

As a customer service representative at Carlsberg Sweden, you will be part of a strong team where your main tasks involve tailored service via phone, chat, and email to our fantastic customers. You will primarily answer questions regarding deliveries and logistics, but also about invoices and incoming orders. In the role of customer service representative, you will also work a lot with internal channels, such as warehouse and logistics, to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

The positions are full-time summer jobs during daytime, Monday to Friday.

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but we see your engagement as the most important.
