A Brief History and Facts About Our Company
In the beginning, we were a publishing house that worked on publishing various magazines in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. Today, we are moving more towards being a media agency that publishes a well-known magazine featuring stars in entrepreneurship and success. To brag a little, we gladly mention our latest cover with the icon David Beckham. The magazine gives us a significant advantage in our industry and helps us stand out in today's media noise. Our journey also means that media agencies are now one of our largest and most frequent incoming customers, which we are, of course, very proud of. Did you know that RDS Förlag is a media publishing company with quite a long history behind it? In 2025, we will celebrate our 20th anniversary - perhaps together with you?
We do not work with everything in the media world; instead, we have chosen to focus on the areas we do best: film, photography, websites, off-page SEO, and editorial communication through Enterprise Magazine. We utilize the most popular social media platforms to reach the right target audience for our clients. With a simple motto: We will be visible and operate where most people are.
For us, Content Marketing (editorial communication) is about creating interesting, brand-building, and sales-oriented content/articles. This is done through storytelling combined with high-quality imagery and engaging film. This, combined with a clear path, CTA (Call to Action), ensures that the reader lands on the right landing page for a purchase or a new collaboration with the advertiser.

Your Role at Enterprise Magazine
We currently have 10 employees in Mälardalen and southern Sweden, and we are now looking for a colleague who is passionate about sales, people, entrepreneurship, and has a curiosity about the media industry.
Here, you will be involved in the entire process, from the first contact with the customer to the completed project and hopefully a continued collaboration afterward. In this hybrid role as a media salesperson, you have the opportunity to develop your sales and management skills, which gives you the right conditions to climb further up the career ladder with us at RDS Förlag and Enterprise Magazine.
We mostly work with in-person customer meetings, but the position also involves appointment booking via phone and social channels. Selling your ideas, creating content, and building marketing that stands out through social media will be your primary tasks. Driving sales, building relationships, and creating value for customers are cornerstones of our business model.
You will have close communication and collaboration with production, our team leaders, and your experienced colleagues. This is primarily a full-time position; in some cases, part-time works, and we can also offer you the position as an external sales consultant if that is your goal.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales against a realistic budget.
- Inform about and present the product.
- You work independently with physical customer visits within your geographical area.
- Work together towards your and the company's goals with our existing team.
- Identify needs and future activities with the customer.
- New customer acquisition and maintaining existing customers.
- Work with interviews, photography, and film. We have good internal training in interview techniques, sales techniques, film, and photography.
Who Are You?
- You preferably have at least 5 years of sales experience; B2B and proactive sales are advantageous.
- You easily understand and connect with people.
- You are engaged, attentive, driven, and structured.
- You have the ability to organize, plan, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- You thrive on customer focus and are willing to go the extra mile to create greater value for the customer.
To be successful in the role, you need to:
- Be motivated by driving and creating business.
- Have an easy time building relationships and making new business contacts.
- Be results-oriented.
- Experience in marketing is advantageous.
- Experience or an extra interest in social media is advantageous.
