Regional Customer Manager (RKC) with Store Placement in Halmstad

Job Description

The primary mission for the RKC with store is to be responsible for increasing sales in assigned stores by guiding and advising stores on products, placement, prices, and promotions to create profitability. The role includes selling in campaigns, conducting larger displays, events, and being responsible for sales activities.

The tasks also include ensuring an effective assortment and analyzing and communicating statistics at the customer level. You will also be responsible for category work in the assigned area and coordinating collaboration and coaching store salespeople. You will be part of a team of dedicated salespeople and report to the Regional Manager.

Who are you?

You have at least 3 years of experience in qualified and documented successful sales within the food industry or from retail work within FMCG. Experience in category management is an advantage, as well as a background in finance and/or marketing education.

To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to have a high drive, be efficient and self-sufficient, relationship-building, and business-minded. You are a good communicator and used to seeing different business opportunities in the store, and it is natural for you to focus on profitability. You are good with numbers and able to analyze and make decisions based on facts. You take your own initiatives and have good problem-solving skills.

You may have experience in personnel management, but the position does not include personnel responsibility.

You must have a B driver's license, good financial and IT skills, as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
