My name is Sebastian Persson, and I am the Store Leader in the store where my focus is on coaching and supporting the team. What I love about my job is the variety and constant learning. Our everyday life consists of supporting customers in finding the right products for both everyday and work life. Customer meetings involve finding everything from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, the latest mobile phone, but also how business customers can set up or improve their telephone exchange. Telia is at the forefront regarding these services and products, and our employees are experts in creating and selling the best solutions. You will work towards clear individual and collective goals related to both sales and customer service. You have a great opportunity to influence your salary with bonuses based on performance while always having an hourly wage as a part-time employee or a fixed monthly salary, depending on the type of employment.

We are looking for you who puts the customer first, is trustworthy, takes initiative, is motivated by selling, and takes responsibility for proactively finding customers where we can improve and offer our solutions based on the customer's needs. Previous experience in service jobs and sales is an advantage.
