We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented customer support representative who wants to be part of our team.

In this role, you will be the company's face to the public and responsible for providing our customers with a first-class experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide support regarding our products and services
• Handle and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Experience in customer service or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
• Good computer skills and experience with customer management systems (CRM) and SAP
