Are you motivated by providing service? Are you also a structured team player? Then you might be our next Technical Support/Sales Agent at Carlsberg Sweden in Rosersberg. The position is a summer temporary job during the period of June to August.

About the role

As a Technical Support/Sales Agent, your main task will be to receive and handle fault reports on draft beer and soft drink equipment as well as refrigerators at our customers' locations. In your role as a customer service representative within technical support, you will also be responsible for handling invoices and other administrative tasks.

You will be part of a customer service team within technical support consisting of a total of three Technical Support Agents and report directly to the Technical Support Manager. The position is a fixed-term employment based at our Equipment Center in Rosersberg, Stockholm.

What we expect from you

• High school education, good computer skills, and previous experience in providing service.
• Experience working in technology and with Dynamics is a plus.
• Structured, organized, and efficient with an engaged work approach.
• Service- and customer-oriented with good collaboration skills.
• Stress-resistant, independent, and proactive within given frameworks.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
