Warehouse and Purchasing Manager | Keller Grundläggning | Kungsbacka

We are currently looking for a person for our client Keller Grundläggning in Kungsbacka who can take responsibility for warehouse and purchasing. About the Position

As a Warehouse and Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing the warehouse flow, handling purchasing processes, and ensuring that materials and equipment are available in a timely manner. You will work proactively, coordinate with suppliers, follow up on orders, and analyze inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Furthermore, you will develop strategies for inventory management and purchasing in close collaboration with other departments to support our client's business goals.

• Responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing warehouse flow.
• Responsible for managing and updating master data in SAP.
• Responsible for the administration of purchases and purchase orders.
• Assist other departments and staff in administering reactive needs-driven purchases.
• Proactive purchasing of spare parts for machines and service assignments.

You will be part of a smaller team and report to the Equipment Manager.

About You

Formal Qualifications

• At least two years of documented experience in warehouse management and purchasing work.
• You have a relevant post-secondary education in logistics or economics.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of business systems and the Office suite.
• Valid driver's license (B).

Meritorious

• Previous experience in warehouse management and purchasing in SAP.
• Knowledge of quality and environmental certifications.
• Experience in leading proactive inventory management and purchasing work.
• Good understanding of financial reports and analyses.
• Experience with international supply chains and negotiation skills with suppliers.
