Carlsberg is looking for a Tele Sales Agent for the summer period of 2025
As an inside sales representative at Carlsberg Sweden, you will be part of a strong sales team where your main tasks involve tailored sales of our fantastic brand portfolio! We work towards clearly defined goals where sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction are in focus. You will have many different points of contact both within the company and externally with customers. Your daily contact with customers will be over the phone, and you will be based at our office at the brewery in Falkenberg. The positions are full-time during daytime, Monday to Friday. The summer period is mainly from June to August 2025.

We are looking for
- High school education and a strong interest in sales, as well as good administrative skills and experience with the Office suite.
- Relationship builders who quickly identify customer needs and take initiative to achieve results.
- Goal-oriented.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Engaged, positive, and determined.
- A good ability to collaborate to create success together with colleagues.
- Structured and organized with an interest in numbers.
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
