We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Do you thrive on the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the one we need for our team. We are now looking for summer staff who can work when our regular staff is on vacation. The work will primarily take place during the period of June 2025 - September 2025, with an approximate workload of 25 hours/week. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cash register work and customer service to restocking and restructuring the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cash register duties, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventories)
• to keep order and tidiness.

Your profile

We are looking for someone over 18 years old, and above all, you are a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop in your role as a salesperson with us at Rusta. Straightforward communication, an open atmosphere, and a cheerful demeanor are natural for you. You have a strong sense of service and find it easy to collaborate. As a salesperson at Rusta, the right attitude and mindset are the most important.
