Bläshammars Preschool is a newly built preschool, about 6 km north of Varberg. The preschool consists of a newly constructed building with a shared yard and has space for 120 children distributed across 6 home bases. In the construction of Bläshammars Preschool, an exciting investment was made in the preschool's outdoor environment to promote children's creativity, curiosity, and play.

Our goal is to lay the foundation for lifelong learning where every child has the opportunity to feel trust and confidence in their own abilities. The education and teaching at Bläshammars Preschool are based on our Vision - Creative Learning for a Sustainable Future.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a staff member in our pool, you will be scheduled for part of the week corresponding to about 60%. As a pool member, you step into the operations during the absence of regular staff.

You are flexible and enjoy meeting people, and you find it easy to build trusting relationships with both children and adults.

You are positive, solution-oriented, and confident.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school education, Child and Leisure Program, or equivalent as assessed by the employer. Knowledge of TAKK and NPF.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
