JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for two preschool assistants who want to be part of our team. Kristineslätts preschool is a preschool with 4 departments divided into 8 teaching groups. All teaching groups will work project-oriented. The projects will be based on the goals in our governing documents.

In your role as a preschool assistant, you will contribute to driving and updating the curriculum's goals and intentions together with your colleagues in the work team, ensuring that children are given the conditions to develop the abilities highlighted, both in planned and spontaneous teaching situations.

You are a co-discoverer and co-experiencer in the children's activities, and based on that, you contribute to creating conditions for children to progress in both the physical and psychological learning environment. Together, we create conditions for everyone to succeed, both adults and children!

In the unit, it is natural for us to challenge each other regarding pedagogical questions/positions and see it as a prerequisite for developing both as individuals and as a group.

The positions have a scope of 80-100%. One position starts in mid-January and the other position starts on April 1.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained preschool assistant.

As a person, you are driven and eager to develop. You choose to see the positives in both children, colleagues, and guardians, and your attitude is that everyone does their best based on their circumstances. You are flexible and focus on finding solutions to drive the operation forward.

You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
