About the position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant part-time 50% for our client in Fjärås. The working hours are scheduled during the day and evening, on weekdays and weekends. Start date is according to agreement, and we hope you can begin training quite soon.

We are also looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed during the absence of regular assistants, such as during vacations or illness.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

About the client

The client is a 72-year-old man with dementia and Down syndrome who needs your help in his daily life. You will be the client's extended arm. The days are quite calm, and you will support him in his daily activities.

The tasks include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores.
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals.
• Transfers using a lift.

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can attend to the needs of others. You are calm, empathetic, humble, and understanding. It is a plus if you have professional experience in care and support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Driver's license and access to a car

Employment rate: 1 position 50% and 1 substitute as needed.

Start date: January 2025. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
