Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for someone interested in working with the emergency care departments at Halland Hospital.

The exact placement will be determined based on the needs of the organization in combination with your skills and experience. The main tasks involve patient work in the ward with assessments, rehabilitation efforts based on the patient's needs, and often reporting to the next level of care. In your daily work, you will collaborate with colleagues with different competencies in a team.

About the Workplace

At the Rehabilitation Clinic in Halland, there are currently about 280 employees. Here you will find occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, speech therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants/rehab assistants. All professions work closely together with all clinics that provide patient services.

In occupational therapy and physiotherapy at Halland Hospital Halmstad, we currently have about thirty employees, of which two are rehab assistants, eight occupational therapists, twenty physiotherapists, and one department manager. Most of our operations involve inpatient care in the ward, but there is also outpatient care in various areas.

Qualifications

We welcome you to apply if you are a licensed occupational therapist. You may be completely new to the profession or have a few years of experience. We believe that you have a genuine interest in people and enjoy working closely in a team. You contribute to the work by being flexible, attentive, and responsible.
