We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for an autistic young man in Varberg.

The job involves providing care and support based on the individual's needs and assisting the user in daily life through a responsive, flexible, and professional approach. We prefer that you work pedagogically based on low-arousal responses and/or have experience with autism.

You will be part of a team where your ability to collaborate is as important as working independently. You have a good demeanor and create calm and security for your user and their relatives. Working with people is both stimulating and enjoyable for you.

The position includes work during the day, evening, and weekends. Only double assistance (so you are never alone). Shifts are scheduled from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, three days a week.

You need to have a B driver's license, as the user has a car, and you must be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
