In the Falkenberg factory, we have about 350 employees. We are a modern organization with high-tech machines and mindsets. Technology development and upgrade projects are constantly on our agenda. Here we manufacture diapers and incontinence products primarily for markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

About the role

In this role, you will be part of a team of three consisting of two electricians and one mechanic. Together with your colleagues, you will provide the production team and the rest of the factory with electrical support and advanced troubleshooting. Some improvement and maintenance work is also included. The position is a permanent employment and the work is scheduled on a three-shift basis.

Who are you

To perform the job well, you need to be able to take initiative and have good collaboration skills. We prefer that you are practically inclined, have knowledge of mechanics, and a genuine interest in technology. You enjoy working independently, have the ability to structure your work, and have the desire to develop and learn new things.

• High school education in electrical engineering or equivalent post-secondary education.
• Previous work experience as an electrician is an advantage.
• Knowledge in areas such as control technology, drive technology, and PLC programming is an advantage.
• You have a good ability to express yourself, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish. Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
