About the role:

As a sales security expert at Verisure, you will meet our customers in their homes and offer first-class security advice and service. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of our modern alarm systems and perform regular service to ensure that the alarms function optimally and meet all security standards. An important part of your role is also to work with upselling, identifying and offering complementary products and services to meet customers' overall needs and improve their security solutions. In addition to installation and advice, you will work closely with our customers to ensure that they always feel safe and satisfied with their security solutions. Your contribution is significant, and you play a crucial role in creating security for our customers every day.

The position is full-time, with working days of 8 hours, with varying working hours between 07:00 and 18:00.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish (additional languages are a plus)
• Has a clean criminal record
• Has a strong customer focus and high integrity
• Is goal-oriented and enjoys working towards clear objectives
