Vattenfall Services' business area Nuclear Power Service and Process Industry is looking for a Team Leader for the department called Industry. We work with mechanics, welding, and maintenance for the process and manufacturing industries in Sweden.

We are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to assist us in our customer assignments! Are you a driven Welder/Assembler with a business mindset who enjoys customer contact? Then you are the one we are looking for!

As an employee at Vattenfall Services, you will work on several exciting tasks together with your colleagues in Limabacka and on our customer projects.

Your Role as Team Leader

The Industry department provides maintenance and contracting services to the process and manufacturing industries in Sweden. This involves projects of various sizes within welding, piping, and steel constructions. The role includes:

• As a team leader, report to the project manager and department head
• Lead and be responsible for progress in customer assignments within welding, mechanics, and maintenance
• Depending on your expertise, you may become the assembly leader for the assignment
• Work to compile welding documentation
• Work to ensure timelines and quality are met
• Maintain contact with the customer and subcontractors
• If necessary, assemble and/or weld

Since our customers are located throughout Sweden, there may be some travel involved in the position with several hotel nights, so you need to have a positive attitude towards travel.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or higher in mechanical/engineering/industry, or equivalent work experience. You possess welding skills, and we prefer that you have work experience similar to this position. Experience in planning, team leadership, or assembly work within welding and mechanics is an advantage. Experience from food/pharmaceutical work (FDA) is also an advantage. You should be able to read and interpret drawings (ISO) and flowcharts (P&ID).

• The work as a team leader requires you to express yourself well in both speech and writing. Therefore, good language skills in Swedish are a prerequisite for success in the role.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required as travel is common in the position.

You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships and enjoy being the face of the company. You constantly see new business opportunities and have a natural drive as well as being a good problem solver. Furthermore, structure and planning characterize you, but you are flexible regarding changes in planning and tasks.
