The team is characterized by a strong sense of collaboration and commitment – towards tasks, the business, and each other within the team.

In the Falkenberg factory, we have about 350 employees. We are a modern organization with high-tech machines and ways of thinking. Technology development and upgrade projects are constantly on our agenda. Here we manufacture diapers and incontinence products primarily for markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

About the role

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you are a role model for safety. Your responsibilities include conducting inspections and planned maintenance according to the predefined maintenance plan. In addition, you have a number of other important tasks, including improving the maintenance plan, emergency maintenance, manufacturing spare parts in case of shortages using machining equipment, and size conversions on production lines focusing on mechanics and repairing process parts.

• Providing expert advice on improvement work related to workplace environment and safety concerning maintenance work.
• Providing expert advice on process issues, troubleshooting, and problem description for the production facility.
• Participating in projects and test runs as needed, as well as implementing improvements and modifications for the machines.
• Documenting completed work according to the maintenance plan and renovation assignments.
• Assisting in the development of instructions and standards related to maintenance and renovations.
• Actively working on continuous improvements and managing any complaints.

Who are you

To perform the job well, you need to have solid process knowledge and experience in support work. We see that you have a good understanding of mechanical components, enjoy working in a team, and find it easy to collaborate with others. • High school education or equivalent vocational training.
• You have good analytical skills and a drive, both in your own work and in getting others moving forward.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Experience with hot work and working at heights is an advantage.
• Possession of a forklift license, operator's license for scissor and boom lifts, and overhead crane license is an advantage.
• Competence and previous experience with machining equipment and welding is an advantage.
