What does the role offer?

The role of an operator varies depending on which department you are in, but primary tasks will include:

• Monitoring and controlling machines
• Performing quality checks
• Refilling machines
• Troubleshooting and light maintenance

As an operator, you will work full-time on a 2-shift schedule, and the start date is immediate or by agreement.

Who are you?

We believe that you have previous experience in the industry and are someone who does not shy away from working physically and putting in extra effort when needed. It is a plus if you have experience with machines or other technical equipment, good technical understanding, and the ability to work independently.

Furthermore, you are a person with a strong work ethic who wants to do a good job. You have good skills in both spoken and written language, and you are reliable and goal-oriented. Personal qualities are highly valued by us, so previous experience is not a requirement - although it is an advantage - we believe that with the right attitude, one can go far!
