Essity in Falkenberg is currently looking for several machine operators for the summer of 2025.

As a substitute with us at Essity, you will replace regular staff during the holiday period (from week 24 to week 35, with possibilities to adjust as needed) and be part of a team of 3 people.

About the role

In the team, you will support your colleagues by monitoring and being responsible for the operation and functionality of the production lines. Most positions require you to work shifts – morning, afternoon, and night. However, there are also daytime positions available.

We are looking for someone who

• Is at least 18 years old and either studying or has studied at the high school level in technology, natural sciences, or industry. Similar subjects at the college/university level are advantageous.
• Has good teamwork skills, a willingness to learn, and is positive and engaged.
• Prioritizes safety highly.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. The role involves reading instructions.
• Experience from the process industry is advantageous.
