Technician at SIA Glass

About the Position

As a technician at SIA Glass, you will support the factory's production lines together with your colleagues. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance. Your tasks will include troubleshooting machines/processes, replacing components, or reconfiguring machines for product changes. SIA Glass uses the maintenance system MaintMaster.

About You

We are looking for someone with good technical/mechanical skills through relevant work experience. A post-secondary education is an advantage. You have process knowledge and extensive experience in production, and experience in the food industry is a significant plus. You have good computer skills and an interest in automation.

To thrive in the technician role, you should enjoy physical work and be practically inclined. You are driven, eager to develop, and solution-oriented. It is important that you are collaborative and service-minded.

About the Employment

The position is a consulting assignment with a 6-month fixed-term employment, meaning you will be employed by Adecco and rented out to the client. There are good opportunities for permanent employment directly with SIA Glass in the long term.
