Bumerangen Preschool is one of Varberg's more central preschools but still has nature right next door. The Brunnsberg forest area is just outside the fence, and the preschool's yard has tall trees that provide shade on sunny days. The yard is divided into four zones, allowing us to easily split up and have outdoor lessons.

Bumerangen has six departments, divided into three younger children's departments and three older children's departments. We eat in a communal dining room. Two departments share a common atelier, and on the second floor, we have a communal area called the upper square, where the focus of teaching is on digitality and role play. Our small library is also being developed there.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work as a childcare worker in one of our departments, providing support to the group.

We are looking for a genuinely present and experienced educator who wants to give children the opportunity to develop based on their interests and with the goals of the curriculum in focus.

You contribute to creating good learning environments and support the work of developing pedagogical processes where the teaching in our education becomes visible.

You will work together with preschool teachers and childcare workers to create the best possible conditions for children's development, learning, and care. Flexibility and adaptability are required as we all help each other at the preschool when needed. Lpfö-18 and the Education Act are our guiding documents.

Bumerangen is a multicultural preschool. Experience with language and knowledge-developing methods is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

Childcare education or similar qualification is desirable.
