We at VR Sweden Pågatågen Malmö are now looking for more train drivers who are passionate about providing our passengers with a great experience and a safe journey with us!

As a train driver with us, you will operate mixed routes that traverse the beautiful Skåne landscape and neighboring regions. The vehicles we work with are modern X61 trains that maintain high technical quality.

We are now looking for you who want to be based in Malmö.

In the role of train driver with us, you are expected to work weekdays as well as weekends and at all hours of the day, so it is a plus if you have a B driver's license to easily transport yourself to and from work when needed.

At Pågatågen, we have a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs.

Your background and skills

To be employed with us, you must already have an approved degree as a train driver and good references from previous railway companies/employers, with at least two years of experience in the role.

It is advantageous if you have training in the X61 vehicle type, but it is not a requirement.

Of course, you also meet the other requirements and regulations set by the Transport Agency.

As a train driver, it is important that you enjoy working independently while also finding it fun and energizing to collaborate with your colleagues on board and in service functions. As a person, you have the ability to remain calm and focus on the right things when pressured situations and disturbances arise. You are passionate about safety and quality issues and want to inspire more people to travel collectively!
