We are looking for a coordinator for a consulting assignment within SDV's management. The core of the assignment is to coordinate several ongoing initiatives within the management. Typical initiatives include understanding and refining newly identified needs before they are handed over to the operations. This work is carried out in collaboration with one or more operational representatives.

• Facilitate the development of the management's conclusions ahead of the program's Tollgates.
• The coordinator is also responsible for leading and facilitating several forums within the management.

As a coordinator in the management, you will have a very broad network within the SDV program and will work closely with:

• The project manager for the management.
• The operational representatives in the management.
• The operational representatives in SDV's development organization.

Desired competencies:

• Experience and proven ability to independently drive analyses to clear and pedagogically described conclusions.
• A quick learner with the ability to work in a complex environment with many stakeholders.
• A proactive person, preferably with practical experience in healthcare.
• Ability to facilitate conclusions from conflicting opinions.
• Comfortable presenting to larger groups.
• Comfortable using English as a working language.
• You should be driven to participate in one of the most important change projects currently underway in Sweden.
