ABOUT THE POSITION

In the service desk at TietoEvry, you will have the opportunity to apply your basic IT knowledge and continue to develop forward. You will work independently but will receive support from the team to reach your highest potential. We are looking for an initiative-taking and driven individual who can easily balance both studies and work at the same time. To thrive in the role of service desk agent, you need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be stress-resistant. We have high demands for availability of at least two full days a week for this position. Initially, you will shadow a colleague for 3 days to learn the basics. After that, you will sit and cover for two more days before you are fully up to speed. The position starts as agreed! Responsibilities

For this role, we place great importance on personal qualities and would like you to be a helpful and cheerful person who enjoys solving problems and has a technical interest. You thrive on having many tasks in the air and are driven by solving tricky problems. We prefer a person who can remain calm in stressful situations. Since shifts may sometimes arise with short notice, we see that you are flexible and willing to step in when needed. You are eager to take initiative on your own and have the ability to work two days a week, preferably more. Previous experience in IT support or customer service is a plus. Your task is to professionally and pedagogically assist the customer with their issue, primarily via phone.

• Your job will also involve following up on cases you have taken on to ensure a solution is reached and that the customer receives the best possible service.
• You are expected to be available 2 days a week between Monday - Friday.
• For this position, we will require a criminal record extract from you.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying at least 50% and has at least 1.5 years left of your studies. Please note that you will not be considered for the position if you are not studying.
• Can work 2 days/week, primarily Monday to Wednesday.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish.
