My name is Elin and I am a positive and cheerful girl who loves to laugh.

I am 26 years old and live in my own apartment in Landskrona.

I have a physical disability due to cerebral palsy and high-functioning autism, so I need your help with daily living activities, physical transfers, and structure in my everyday life. The job also includes helping me with household chores and other tasks that I cannot manage on my own. I drive my manual wheelchair indoors and sometimes use an electric wheelchair outdoors.

I am now looking for a couple of hourly substitutes who can work with me when there are gaps in the regular assistants' schedules. I think this job could work well as a part-time job, for someone who is studying or has another part-time job. The extent of the work is hard to determine in advance. However, during the summer, there will be opportunities for more work according to a pre-established schedule.

Currently, I do not have a permanent job but sometimes have a sporadic fee-based assignment as a writer within Region Skåne. Otherwise, I am trying in every way I can to establish and promote my art, as painting and creating are very important to me. I dream of being able to work in the future by combining two worlds as an artist and writer, with the goal of finding a remote job or becoming self-employed.

I also have a great interest in traveling. I think I would like to have the opportunity to travel every 1-2 years and would hope that you, who are applying, would be interested in joining me.

I also highly value watching a good movie. I am a very cheerful night owl, love staying up at night watching movies or playing video games (mostly The Sims) and sleeping in a bit longer in the morning. Cooking and baking are also great interests of mine.

My parents' little Maltipoo dog is my great joy, and I am more than happy to help out as a dog sitter when they need assistance. My goal is to get my own dog within 2-3 years, as it has been my dream my whole life. You who are applying should not be afraid of dogs, and if you have experience with dogs, that is a plus. My parents also have a small cat in their home.

When time and weather permit, I like to go on excursions in the surroundings or go shopping in a mall. Sometimes I want to be active and do a lot of things, but sometimes I need to pause and relax at home to recharge my energy.

Patience and attentiveness are of great importance, and you should have respect for integrity and human dignity. It is important that you take your work with me very seriously, as it is with your help that I will have the opportunity to live my life like anyone else. If you also have a good sense of humor, it could be very good. In my home, I have assistive devices, but outside the home, there may be short physical tasks where no assistive devices are available.
