Your Mission

As a Family Law Secretary, your mission includes:

• conducting custody, residence, and visitation investigations.
• handling adoption cases and paternity cases.
• facilitating cooperation discussions between parents to promote positive dialogue.
• actively working to involve children in the investigation process.
• acting as a conversation leader to support parents in maintaining good cooperation regarding their children.
• managing communication problems and conflicts between parents during discussions.
• we also handle cases belonging to Höör and Hörby, based on a collaboration agreement.

Your Experience

Requirements

• You are a trained social worker.
• You have a B driver's license.

Strongly Meritorious

• You have knowledge and experience of working within social services in general and within the family law area in particular.
• You have a step one training or similar further education in conversation methodology.

About the Workplace

The social services investigation unit works with children and young people aged 0-18 and their families. The unit is divided into different teams; Reception, Investigating Social Workers, Foster Care, and Family Law.
