About the position

Villa Ellie is aimed at women aged 18-29 with substance abuse issues, often in combination with mental health problems. The unit has a total of 16 places. We work with group treatment combined with individual interventions, based on CBT. Each client has their own implementation plan based on their individual needs. We work in teams where contact persons/treatment providers, CBT therapists, nurses, doctors, and psychologists collaborate to provide the best care for the client based on their circumstances and situation.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Care

- Participation in investigative work

- Networking contacts

- Documentation and development work

Villa Ellie is a newly started operation. Therefore, we need substitutes for day, evening, weekend, night, and sleeping on-call. The operation will gradually grow, and there will be vacant positions that need to be filled.

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In this role, it is important to show great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when necessary. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A criminal record check will be conducted prior to employment.

For this position, you are required to have:

- Social educator, social worker, treatment educator, or another completed post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent. Substitute positions can also be for those who are in training for any of the above.

- Experience in treatment work

- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

- Good system skills as documentation is extensive

- B driver's license

It is also meritorious if you have:

- Knowledge of neuropsychiatric diagnoses.
