Job Description for Care Pedagogue We are looking for a care pedagogue for our operations in Staffanstorp, which are run under contract by the municipality. We have 6 different operations in Staffanstorp that are covered by LSS interventions for target group 1. Here you will have the opportunity to be part of a great operation and make a difference every day under Frösunda Omsorg. The operations included are group housing, service housing, and short-term units. As a Care Pedagogue, you will work closely with clients in the operations with an overarching responsibility that means, on behalf of the operations manager, to ensure high quality towards our clients.

Examples of common tasks • The care pedagogue leads the quality councils together with the operations managers and has an overarching responsibility for the quality work of the operations. • Quality assurance and support in the work with implementation plans, action plans, and documentation.

• Drive and develop the pedagogical work in the operations • Operationally close guidance regarding AAC, clarifying pedagogy, attitudes, and responses in various situations. • Be a support to the contact person regarding adherence to and updating of routines. • Participate in driving development work/continuing education work in respective operations. • Together with operations managers, plan and follow up on the operations' pedagogical goals/methods.

Qualifications and personal qualities To be considered for the position, you have a university or college degree of at least 180 credits in the behavioral sciences, pedagogical orientation, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Documented experience of working with the target group (LSS).

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have experience in guiding individually and in groups.

Since the work involves meetings with many different operations, clients, and colleagues, there are high demands for social agility, independence, and self-confidence. You are good at handling stress, can adapt to rapid changes and changing conditions. The job requires good computer skills and the ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing. We would also like you to have good knowledge of documentation and experience with various computer systems, as well as being a good and well-structured administrator.
