Competence Profile

We wish that you have relevant education and preferably experience working in preschool, primary school, high school, or other child and youth activities. Job Responsibilities:

As a student coach/counselor with us, you will play an important role in the school's student health work. You will conduct individual conversations with students, as well as lead group activities focusing on values, social interaction, and group-strengthening exercises. In close collaboration with teachers, special educators, and school management within the student health team, you are expected to identify needs, plan interventions, and continuously develop the school's psychosocial work. You will also have regular contact with guardians to create a comprehensive picture of the student's social and emotional situation and contribute to constructive solutions. Furthermore, you will initiate and drive preventive and health-promoting efforts, such as theme days, workshops, and information initiatives, to strengthen students' well-being and enjoyment in school. A large part of the workday involves interacting with students and coaching them in the right direction.
