Your New Role

You will step into an onsite IT technician role within IT and Tech support where you need to have knowledge of troubleshooting Azure, Intune, and O365. You will work onsite at the office in Copenhagen 3 days a week, while the remaining 2 days are remote, and you have a team that you collaborate with remotely. There are 10 people based in Stockholm, and it is a team where everyone helps and supports each other through thick and thin.

You will work with troubleshooting and problem-solving within IT support. Cases can involve anything from assisting with computers, mobile phones, tablets, and screens. The cases at the onsite location in Copenhagen concern IT issues such as hardware, peripherals, and conference rooms.

The client supports users in the restaurant industry - a large, well-known fast-food chain.

We are looking for a service-oriented support technician with experience in customer interaction and basic IT knowledge (Azure, Intune, O365). You will work both onsite and remotely, with independent responsibility for support and problem-solving.

• You have experience with Azure, Intune, and O365
• You are fluent in Swedish and Danish

As a person, you can work varied hours, you are passionate about service and helping people. You have no problem speaking on the phone or meeting users face to face. You have the ability to work independently.

Copenhagen 3 days/week, remaining remote.

Shifts can be scheduled Monday-Sunday, 4:55 AM - 10:00 PM. You work 8 hours per shift. Full-time averaging 40 hours/week.
