JOB DESCRIPTION

The Development Department is now seeking a Project Leader for the ESF project: Competence 5.0 (2025-2027). The project aims to strengthen the labor market through skills development, digitalization, and sustainability in the Helsingborg region.

About the Position

As a Project Leader, you will play a vital role in driving and coordinating sub-projects within the framework of the overarching ESF projects. You will work closely with the local business community to ensure that project activities meet the region's needs and contribute to sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Planning and implementing sub-projects
    Responsible for developing and implementing action plans for specific sub-projects.
    Ensure that the sub-projects meet set goals, budget, and resources.
    Drive project activities focused on business and operational development.
  2. Collaboration and Networking
    Build and maintain strong relationships with the local business community and other stakeholders.
    Collaborate with companies and educational providers to identify and meet skills needs.
    Ensure effective communication between the project's various parties.
  3. Digital Transformation and Development
    Contribute to the development of digital and sustainable solutions within the sub-projects.
    Utilize digital tools and methods to streamline project implementation.
  4. Monitoring and Reporting
    Monitor the progress of sub-projects and report results to the main project leader.
    Ensure that the sub-projects contribute to the overarching project's goals and success.

Project Information

Competence 5.0 (2025-2027)
The project is focused on meeting the demands of Industry 5.0, emphasizing collaboration between humans and machines. It aims to create a learning culture within municipal organizations and businesses in the Helsingborg region. By implementing Balanced Scorecard, municipalities will streamline their working methods and support employees in change processes. The main goal is to strengthen digital and sustainable competencies and increase organizations' adaptability in an increasingly change-oriented world.

QUALIFICATIONS

Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong connection to the Helsingborg region and a well-developed network within the local business community. You have experience with operational responsibility and a solid background in business and operational development. You thrive in a role where you can combine strategic thinking with operational execution.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

  • Documented experience of operational responsibility.
  • Solid knowledge of business and operational development.
  • Good digital competence and accustomed to working at a fast pace.
