Job Responsibilities

In your role as a support technician, you will assist users with various IT-related issues over the phone, remotely, or via email. You will work extensively in Active Directory by, among other things, creating accounts and managing permissions. You will also help users with email issues, printer problems, client-specific applications, and other IT problems that arise for those you support.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To be suitable for the role of support technician, we prefer that you have some form of post-secondary education in IT. If you have previously worked in phone support and/or onsite support from an internship or similar, that is a significant plus. We also appreciate knowledge of AD, Exchange, Citrix, and some ticketing system.

Of course, you are a service-oriented person who always wants to provide the best possible support. You enjoy customer contact and see yourself as a problem solver. We place great importance on your personal qualities. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.

A driver's license is an advantage.
