Kiviks Musteri is a well-renowned player in food production with two facilities in Skåne. The head office and factory are located in Kivik, where the popular tourist destination is also found. Additionally, there is a production and cultivation facility in Flädie, just outside Lund. A total of about 200 people work at the factory in Kivik.

About the position:

For direct recruitment, we are looking for a driven and responsible Logistics and Order Coordinator for Kiviks Musteri's Supply Chain department. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring smooth and efficient handling of customer orders, deliveries, and invoicing.

Your role:

You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of customer orders and deliveries, as well as ensuring that invoicing is done correctly and on time. The work is done closely with both internal departments and external partners to keep all processes efficient and customer-focused. You will work operationally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where each day brings new challenges.

Who are you?

You have experience in logistics and order management, preferably within food production or a similar industry. You have a meticulous working style but are also unpretentious and able to easily reprioritize tasks. You thrive in a fast and changing work environment and are used to taking responsibility for your tasks.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience with business systems, preferably M3
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Logistics education
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
