About the position:

We are looking for an experienced and self-sufficient purchaser to handle ongoing call-off orders for raw materials. The role involves ensuring balanced inventory levels, creating and sending forecasts to customers to optimize inventory planning and delivery precision. You will work in the business system M3 (or equivalent), maintain records, and ensure correct information about materials, orders, and deliveries. Responsible for monitoring incoming deliveries, ensuring they occur on time, as well as matching supplier invoices against orders and deliveries. You will also be a supportive function to the Supply Chain department. Initially, you will be employed as a consultant with potential opportunities for direct takeover by the client.

Who are you?

You have experience in logistics and order management, preferably within food production or a similar industry. You have a meticulous working style but are also unpretentious and can easily reprioritize tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment and are used to taking responsibility for your tasks.

* Education in logistics, purchasing, economics, or Supply Chain.
* 2-3 years of experience in similar work, preferably within food production.
* Good knowledge of business systems, preferably M3.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
* You write and speak fluent Swedish and English.
